Product Description
Decorated Viking tunic made of 100% linen. Fabric has been washed before sewing. Shape based on a find from Birka (Sweden), 8th-9th cent. Made of two rectangles and with square-shaped wedges under the armpits and wedges on the sides. The neck, cuffs and lower edges are bordered with 100% woolen hand made tablet braid. Braid was washed before sewing.
The embroidery was made with silk threads, sized 25 cm x 6 cm. Inside stitches are machine, every visible stitches are made by hand.
The stitching motives come in a range of embroidery designs which can be selected below. For a tunic without embroidery, please select none, however the embroidery is out of this world and some of the best we have seen so we certainly recommend it!
